Within the framework of the EULEAD Summerschool of the “European Club for excellence in Leadership and Management”, an in-service training event for directors and teachers of middle school management took place on August 26, 2021 at Göttweig monastery under the title ” Focus Education: Schulleadership und Schulqualität! Was erwarten Österreichs Direktorinnen und Direktoren “.
This year’s EULEAD Summerschool Education was held as an official training event of the KPH Vienna/Krems in a cooperation between EULEAD, the Göttweig monastery and the education directorates of Lower Austria and Vienna under the honorary patronage of Mag. Johanna Mikl-Leitner. The event was co-financed by the Austrian Science Fund within the SQTE project and could be followed online or in presence.
In the context of the education day, a focus group discussion was held with the aim of making the perspectives of directors and teachers audible and positioning them in the socio-political discourse.
